Product manager group: record summary

When the team members are arguing and disturbing, there is another person who is carefully recording everyone's speech and giving a summary when appropriate. This person is also a role that is easier to shine in the group-the recorder. The main job of the recorder is to help the team record and refine the discussion results to form the final team answer. As a recorder, there are several points to note.
1) Records should be clear and clear: Divide a piece of paper into several parts according to the team's time division arrangement, and write clearly the problems and goals to be solved during the time period at the top of each part. When discussing, write down each student’s speech quickly and accurately (the name and content of the speech may not be recorded verbatim, but the complete meaning must be recorded, including good ideas and bad ideas). And combined with the team's overall solution ideas, the relevant key points of the speech are marked with signs.
2) Cooperate with Leader to solve blind spots and promote discussion: Clearly point out or pass on the key points of speeches and creative ideas that are related to the solution of important problems to Leader. If you find that an important issue has not yet been discussed, and you are distracted, you should remind your teammates to discuss it again when appropriate. When team members discuss purposelessly, they should stand up and tell clearly which step we discussed earlier and which step should be discussed next.
3) Appropriately summarize the speech and strive to be a representative to summarize the statement: At the end of the discussion, pick up the notebook and say to each group member: "Everyone's speech, I will record it in this notebook. Below, I will tell you Let me record the key points!” When everyone is looking at you, you must put out the main points of the plan you have organized in a clear, focused, and one-by-one way. In the process, you should name and praise a certain Classmate’s idea. Finally, he said: "This is the result of our discussion. Record it here. Which of the following students will make a representative statement, I will give him this book." Generally, this role will belong to you.
The above three roles are roles that have relatively extra work in the group. If they are won, they will help the individual to play; if they are not won, as ordinary team members, clearly and clearly contribute their ideas and show their own Thought is fine. Because although special roles have relatively more chances to perform, they are also prone to make more mistakes. Sometimes, as long as you seize an opportunity to speak and pull the team from the deviated discussion back to the right track, you can win with one move. After that, even if you don't say a word, you can impress the interviewer and pass the interview.
Finally, a special reminder to deal with contradictory opinions. Group discussion is actually a process of seeking common ground while reserving differences, and it is quite normal to have differences of opinion in the process of reaching a certain consensus. But be sure not to try to overwhelm other members based on reason, as this will be considered a lack of team spirit and will basically be eliminated. A better approach is to guide the discussion, unite with other students, and show leadership skills. Even if the final opinions are not adopted, you cannot participate in the remaining sessions with emotion. You must take the overall situation into consideration and complete the discussion tasks with other members of the team. The most important thing in the group is to see what role you play in the discussion process. If necessary, you must learn to compromise. It is also a very good ability to focus on team interests. The most important thing is personal heroism.
