2. Participation conditions
Entrepreneurial talents ▶▶
The competition is mainly for entrepreneurial talents who have not yet registered in Lishui as of the date of the announcement , and meet the following entry conditions:
1. Contestants (natural persons, the same below) are under the age of 55 , generally should have a master’s degree or above , have entrepreneurial experience or have held middle or senior management positions in well-known international and domestic companies, and be familiar with relevant fields and rules.
2. Participants have independent intellectual property rights or invention patents or have mature entrepreneurial projects and plans, and their technological achievements are domestically leading, meeting the development requirements of Lishui industry, having good market prospects and being able to implement industrialization.
3. Participants have a well-structured entrepreneurial team, entrepreneurial model and clear development goals, and have a clear intention to start a business in Lishui.
For applicants with outstanding performance, special expertise, or urgent needs for Lishui, one exception may be made in terms of age, education, job title, etc., depending on the circumstances.
3. Competition arrangement
Contest Composition▶▶
The competition consists of publicity recommendation, project application, qualification review, preliminary round and final round . The preliminary competition is divided into 2 domestic competition areas (held offline in Shanghai and Shenzhen), and 3 overseas competition areas (held offline in Germany).
The final was held in Lishui.
Competition Arrangement▶▶
(1) The promotional stage of the competition start (late May to early July)
According to Lishui City's talent-related policies, relevant information about the competition will be released.
(2) Competition qualification review stage (late June to mid-July)
The eligibility review will be conducted according to the registration requirements of the competition. About 40 projects will be screened to participate in the preliminary roadshow.
(3) Preliminary stage (late July to early September)

4. Award setting
Awards Settings▶▶
The first, second and third prize projects that have won awards and meet the conditions of the entrepreneurial talent project of Lishui City’s “Innovation Leading Action Plan” will be directly identified as Class A, Class B, and Class C to start (lead) enterprises in Lishui within one year after the competition. For talent projects, 5 million yuan, 3 million yuan, and 1.5 million yuan will be given as start-up funding, and the funding will be allocated in three installments at a ratio of 4:3:3. Winners can also enjoy preferential policies such as rent-free business premises or rent subsidies, loan discounts, house purchase subsidies, financing and dynamic support according to policy regulations.
