02 Conditions for participation
1. Under the age of 50, with a doctoral degree;
2. Have a stable team, independent intellectual property rights and core technologies, and intend to come to Shaoxing for innovation and entrepreneurship;
3. Engage in the research and development of key materials that master core technologies in the fields of new energy, life and health, and pan-semiconductors;
4. If the team leader has more than 3 years of overseas work experience and can come to Shaoxing to innovate and start a business full-time, the age and education requirements can be appropriately relaxed, but generally only one exception is allowed.
entry requirements
1. The main members of the participating projects have a stable basis for cooperation, and the main members of each project are not allowed to apply for other projects repeatedly in the same competition.
2. The products or services proposed in the entries must be inventions or patented technologies owned or authorized to be used by the contestants, and have legal intellectual property rights.
3. Participants should prepare a complete and feasible business plan, which should include team members, project technology, market prospects, business strategies, capital needs, and future plans. The competition organizing committee will conduct necessary review on the entry qualifications, authenticity of application materials, ownership of intellectual property rights, and landing form of the participating projects.
03 Contest Process
The competition strictly follows the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, and competitive selection, and collects qualified registration projects from global high-level talent entrepreneurial teams.
After self-registration by the entrepreneurial team and multiple recommendations, a team of professional investors and industry experts will conduct a preliminary review of the registered projects. After four competitions at home and abroad, the top three projects will be directly promoted based on their willingness to land. finals. After further evaluation by the internal review meeting and on-site inspection of the projects, the top 18 projects were finally selected to win the first, second and third prizes in the finals, including 2 first prizes, 6 second prizes and 10 third prizes. name.

04 Bonus settings and policies
bonus support
Prizes of 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan, and 30,000 yuan (RMB, the same below) will be given to the winners of the first, second, and third prizes in the finals respectively. Before the bonus is disbursed, it is necessary to fill in the award confirmation letter, clarify the project development plan and provide information such as the business license of the landing company.
Talent identification
Award-winning projects are given priority to be implemented and transformed in Shaoxing Talent Pioneer Park, Zhejiang, and can also be implemented in other districts, counties (cities) in the city. After the first, second, and third prizes of the competition have landed, they can be identified as Class A, Class B, and Class C talent projects of the "Hometown of Celebrities" talent plan after review by the Talent Office of the Municipal Party Committee.
project funding
For the talent projects identified as "Hometown of Celebrities" Talents of Talents Program A, B, and C, 5 million yuan, 3 million yuan, and 2 million yuan will be awarded after landing (20% of which will be rewarded for the introduction of young doctors) , and up to four supporting subsidies of 5 million yuan, including sales incentives and venture capital follow-up incentives. The participating projects meet certain conditions (valuation of more than 200 million yuan; projects led by academicians, etc.), and after landing, the place of settlement can increase support in accordance with the method of "one person, one policy".
transportation allowance
Transportation subsidies of 8,000 yuan (cross-border competition), 3,000 yuan (outside the province), and 1,000 yuan (in the province) will be given to the projects participating in the sub-station competition and the finals on the spot.
