Competition background
Xi'an Talent Development Fund is a policy guiding fund established by the government and jointly funded by the municipal finance with the approval of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government. For tax-paying enterprises registered in Xi'an, there are high-level talents identified in accordance with the implementation measures for the evaluation and confirmation of high-level talents in Xi'an City, or meet the high-level talent identification standards.
