Participants
The entries will be collected and recommended by Sinovac in a unified way. Projects should meet the following conditions :

The participating talents must be postdoctoral fellows or have postdoctoral experience . The participating projects are aimed at high-end equipment manufacturing (advanced transportation equipment), aerospace, biotechnology and medical equipment, digital economy, new materials and other fields;

Bring their own entrepreneurial projects, have a certain experience in self-employment, own independent intellectual property rights related to products and technologies in the entrepreneurial field, and the products have good market potential and industrialization prospects;

Enterprises that have not been registered and established in Taicang before the competition, and intend to settle in Taicang within one year after the competition at the latest;

Not supported by talent plan projects in Jiangsu Province.
Participants are responsible for the authenticity and legitimacy of the entries. If any fraudulent behavior is found, once verified, they will be disqualified from the competition.

Activity process
The competition is divided into three stages: project collection, preliminary selection, and roadshow selection.
(1) The deadline for registration and recommendation is October 24 (Monday).
(2) Review and selection
The organizing committee of the event invites experts to make a preliminary evaluation from the aspects of technological innovation and market development prospects, and determine the list of entries.
(3) Roadshow Selection
The on-site roadshow defense takes the form of "8 minutes of roadshow and 7 minutes of question and answer". The expert jury is composed of 5 experts including technical experts, comprehensive management experts, and investment management experts, and the scores of the expert jury are divided by average.
