1. Sub-track settings
1 Beijing Circuit (Future Information Technology)
The Zhongguancun University Science and Technology Park Alliance was established by 14 university science and technology parks in Beijing under the guidance of the Beijing Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Management Committee, and with the strong support of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and other departments. The members of the alliance are "double first-class" comprehensive university science and technology parks in the Zhongguancun area, with leading scientific research strength and resources.
2Shanghai Circuit (Third Generation Semiconductor)
North Aerospace Huijinqiao Innovation Center is a professional incubator focusing on the third-generation semiconductor, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other industries established in Pudong, Shanghai, relying on the scientific and technological advantages and industrial resources of Beihang University in the fields of space, space and communication.
3Shenzhen Circuit (Life and Health)
Zhongke Chuangke is a company jointly established by the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shenzhen Innovation Investment Group. It is the first dual-innovation platform of a national scientific research institution in China. The Chinese Science Maker Academy is positioned as a "crowd-creation space" focusing on fields such as biomedicine and medical-industrial intersection.
4Wuhan Circuit (New Energy)
Huazhong University of Science and Technology National University Science and Technology Park is a key project of the first phase of the construction of the National University Science and Technology Park in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone, and is an important part of "Wuhan China Optics Valley". Focus on the development of new energy, mechatronics, laser, optoelectronics and system integration industries.
5 Xi'an Circuit (Frontier Strategic Materials)
TusStar is the enterprise service platform of Tsinghua University Science and Technology Park, a professional incubator company under TusHoldings, adhering to the full-chain innovation and entrepreneurship service system of TusStar, focusing on new materials, environmental protection, new energy, and other strategic emerging industry clusters.

2. Participation requirements
The competition is divided into two categories: achievement projects and start-ups. Participating companies or projects need to meet the main technical field and belong to one of the five key tracks of third-generation semiconductors, future information technology, cutting-edge strategic materials, new energy, and life and health .
1 Achievement project category
Achievement projects refer to achievement transformation projects, which must be transformation projects of universities and scientific research institutes (focus on recruiting double first-class universities and provincial and ministerial universities, Chinese Academy of Sciences and provincial and ministerial research institutes);
The core intellectual property rights of the application project come from universities or research institutes (authorized patents, projects, papers);
At least one of the core members of the team is an in-service researcher of a university or research institute.
2 start-ups
Outside the Territory: recruit technology-based companies with achievements or products within 5 years of registration, and focus on recruiting projects that have received at least one round of financing;
In the domain: after January 1, 2022, technology-based enterprises registered within the scope of Xiamen Science City Incubator I;
Participating companies must have independent intellectual property rights, and have no property rights disputes with third parties, and no bad records.

Preliminary screening of projects will be carried out through the competition intelligent project evaluation system, and 300 high-quality projects will be selected to participate in the preliminary competition;
The jury will review the preliminary competition projects through the online review system of the competition;
In each track, 10 achievements and 20 enterprises will be shortlisted for the industry semi-finals.
4. "Susong Cup" rematch and project research in November 2023
The organizers of the five sub-tracks (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Xi'an) will organize the rematch online and offline;
On-site review by the semi-final jury;
A professional team investigates high-quality projects in the semi-finals, evaluates the development of the projects, and generates an evaluation report for the participating projects;
Each track determines 3 achievements, and 7 enterprise finalists.
5. The "Susong Cup" Finals and Future Technology Innovation Forum in early December 2023
50 outstanding projects selected by five industry semi-finals will come to Xiamen to participate in the finals;
The judging panel for the finals is composed of 25 scientists, entrepreneurs, and investment mentors, who will comprehensively score the participating projects and finally determine the prize of 15.5 million yuan for the competition;
At the same time, the Future Industrial Technology Innovation Forum and Awards Ceremony will be held. At that time, there will be industry keynote reports, roadshows for Science and Technology Star Award projects, and round table dialogues. At the same time, experts, scholars, well-known investors, and leading entrepreneurs will be invited to participate in this grand event.
4. Bonus setting

1. Award setting
First Prize (Science and Technology Star Award): First place in each track, a single prize of 1 million yuan;
Second Prize (Entrepreneurial Pioneer Award): The second and third place in each track, a single prize of 550,000 yuan;
Third Prize (Innovation Potential Award): 4th, 5th, and 6th place in each track, with a bonus of 300,000 yuan for a single award.
5. Policy support
In this competition, in addition to the prize money, participating projects also have the opportunity to obtain the following policy support:
1. For enterprises that meet Xiamen's industrial support and land in Xiamen, they can obtain supporting support such as funds and venues in various districts (refer to relevant policies in various districts);
2. Overseas students who start a business can get support from the Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Guidance Fund;
3. Obtain support from Xiamen Science and Technology Bureau for enterprise R&D expenses and technology credit loans;
4. Priority recommendation to the competition cooperative investment funds, financial service institutions and venture capital institutions for equity investment and loan credit;
5. Give corresponding preferential tax policies to high-tech achievement transformation projects, high-tech enterprises, and technologically advanced service enterprises;
6. Participating companies or projects can have one-stop links to mentors, industries, funds, media and other resources;
7. Enterprise projects can provide "industry-finance docking" services, and can deeply connect with investment institutions participating in the competition, local leading companies, listed companies and other resources;
8. Achievement projects can obtain personalized support such as seed funds, product verification, business consultants, and entrepreneurship education through the "Xiamen Future Industry Concept Verification Service Center" established in Xiamen Science City;
