03 Entry Conditions
1. Before December 1, 2022, domestic and foreign entrepreneurial teams that have not registered and established enterprises in Gusu District with their participating projects, have innovative achievements and entrepreneurial plans, and intend to settle in Gusu District for innovation and entrepreneurship after the competition;
2. The person in charge of the participating project should generally have a master’s degree or above, be under the age of 55, and encourage outstanding young talents under the age of 35 to start a business (the degree can be relaxed to a bachelor’s degree), be in good health, have no bad credit or illegal records, and have exceptional conditions The age limit can be relaxed appropriately;
3. The products, technologies and related patents of the participating projects belong to the participating teams. The participating entrepreneurial teams or enterprises must have no relevant intellectual property rights and other interest disputes, operate in compliance, have a good social reputation, and have no bad records.

2. Project selection
Time: April-May 2023

1. Incentive measures
The talent and business elite competition has 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes. The winning projects will receive honorary certificates and bonuses issued by the organizing committee of the competition (first prize 8,000 yuan, second prize 5,000 yuan, third prize 3,000 yuan).

2. Financial support for settled projects
The first prize of the talent and business elite competition is 500,000 yuan; the second prize is 300,000 yuan; the third prize is 150,000 yuan. The subsidy funds will be allocated after the participating projects are settled in Suzhou and approved by the competition organizing committee. (Enterprise settlement procedures must be completed before November 30 of the year, and the relevant funds will be allocated in three years according to the actual operation of the project).

3. Preferentially selected into the protected area and the Gusu District Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent Program
The award-winning projects of the special challenge are directly recognized as leading talents in science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship in Gusu District, and those who meet the requirements are recommended to apply for the Suzhou Gusu Leading Talents-Digital Creative Technology Application Special Project. After the top three award-winning projects of the Talent Elite Competition, City Invitational Competition, and Overseas Online Competition land, the project leader applies for the protection zone and the Gusu District Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent Plan and meets the policy conditions (the project leader is the main founder of the declared company , and the main energy is in the Suzhou District enterprise, the equity is not less than 30%, and the personal paid-in cash contribution is not less than 1 million yuan, etc.), priority to enter the interview and defense link. 4. Provide relevant policy guidance and supporting support
Relevant departments and industry professionals will provide the project team with policy consulting services such as the Gusu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Angel Program, talent introduction and settlement, and financial products such as "staying and creating loans", and guide enterprises to apply for various provincial, municipal, and district talent plan projects and corporate development Special guidance funds and other support funds and enterprise certification. All award-winning projects can be given priority to enter the regional business incubation base. Organize business incubation bases to hold special negotiation and matchmaking meetings for the winning projects of the competition, and provide multiple preferential policies. Relying on the "human resources and social security service station at the doorstep", coordinate employment, training, talent, labor, social security, industry and commerce, taxation and other departments to provide one-stop, one-stop services for entrepreneurial teams.
