3 Participants and conditions
The participants are high-level talents at home and abroad who are urgently needed in the field of equipment manufacturing, and must meet the following conditions:
1. Possess a master's degree or above or a professional title of associate high school or above.
2. Possess intellectual property rights related to the participating projects or master key technologies and core technologies, and have strong innovation and leadership.
3. Contestants who have landed in Taizhou should be the main person in charge of the company or the main person in charge of the technology research and development team.
4. Contestants who have not landed in Taizhou should be the main person in charge of the project and intend to settle in Taizhou after the competition.
5. Talents and projects that have received local funding from Taizhou before the registration deadline are no longer eligible for competition.
Four event process
(1) Registration (from now until late September)
Add the person in charge of the event and obtain the registration materials ; submit the "Entrepreneurship Application Form for the Second China (Taizhou) International Equipment High-Level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition", and provide ID card or passport, the highest degree certificate, professional title, patent certificate and reflect the talent ( Scanned copies of other relevant certification materials such as team) ability and performance. The application materials should be synthesized into an electronic document (PDF or WORD format, file naming rules: Entrepreneurship/Innovation-Name-Project Name-Upload Date), and send to email: [email protected].
(2) Qualification review (at the end of September)
According to the conditions and requirements of the competition, the competition organizing committee will review the qualifications of the participating talents (teams), and screen candidates and projects for technical review.
(3) Technical review (at the end of September)
The Organizing Committee of the competition organizes experts to conduct a technical review of the preliminary competition projects and determine the candidates and projects for the preliminary competition.
(4) Preliminary round (early October)
The preliminary competition will take the form of online "roadshow + defense", and the competition organizing committee will organize expert reviews to determine the finalists and projects.
(5) Finals (mid-October)
The final will take the form of on-site "road show + defense", and the competition organizing committee will organize experts to review and determine the winning projects.
(6) Awards (late October)
In conjunction with the "Fengcheng Talents" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week, an award ceremony was held.
Five Award Setting and Funding Policy
(1) Award setting
1. Entrepreneurship awards: There are 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and several winners. The bonuses are 80,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan, 30,000 yuan, and 10,000 yuan.
2. Innovation awards: There are 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and several winners. The bonuses are 50,000 yuan, 30,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan, and 5,000 yuan.
(2) Funding Policy
1. For entrepreneurial talents (teams), those who have won the third prize and above and settled in our city within 12 months; for innovative talents (teams), who have won the second prize and above and signed contracts with enterprises in our city within 6 months For labor contracts, if they meet the conditions of Taizhou’s “Double Entrepreneurship Plan”, they will directly enter the review process, and according to the different levels of the project, they will be given a maximum of 5 million yuan in project funding. Particularly excellent projects will be supported by "one case, one discussion".
2. For the talents (teams) who have settled down, they will be recommended to be included in the municipal science and technology planning projects for support. At the same time, they can enjoy exclusive comprehensive financial services, and the cooperative banks will give priority to corporate loans or credit support. Among them, those who settle in incubators such as university science parks and entrepreneurship centers will be given preferential policies such as rent exemption for one year.
3. For the talents (teams) who have settled down, if they meet the relevant conditions, the "Fengcheng Talent Card" will be issued in a timely manner, and housing guarantees such as house purchase vouchers and living subsidies will be implemented, and children will be provided with schooling, medical companionship, free scenic spots, cultural benefits, and sports Fitness and other "Tai Aicai" series of services.
4. The finals of the competition will be held online and offline, and overseas talents are encouraged to participate in online video. For talents who are invited to participate in the finals, the organizing committee will bear the expenses of board and lodging during the event, and provide transportation subsidies. 2,000 yuan per person for regional contestants and overseas contestants who have successfully completed the video competition according to the requirements of the organizing committee.
