The competition focuses on new-generation information technology industries such as integrated circuits, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, blockchain, 5G, and next-generation communication networks .

Competition process
(1) Registration
1. Project publicity and application The Organizing Committee Office of the competition is responsible for the publicity, project collection, organization and coordination of the competition. The deadline for registration is September 30, 2022.
2. Confirmation of Qualifications The Office of the Competition Organizing Committee will conduct a qualification review of the participating projects, and the results will be reviewed in early October 2022.
(2) Sub-station competition The sub-station competition will hold two sub-stations in Harbin and Hong Kong.
The Competition Organizing Committee Office organized experts to judge the participating projects through roadshows, focusing on evaluating the technical advancement and industrialization feasibility of the projects, and comprehensively selected 20 outstanding projects to enter the finals.
(3) Finals
Finals and Awards Setting In December 2022, the competition organizing committee will hold the finals in Zhenjiang High-tech Zone, and 20 participating projects will compete through on-site roadshows. The order of the competition will be determined by lottery, with 10 minutes for each item presentation and 5 minutes for experts to ask questions.

entry conditions
1. Contestants have a master's degree or above, own independent intellectual property rights such as invention patents, and have leading technologies.
2. The contestant should be the main person in charge of the company he founded (or the company to be registered).
3. On the basis of meeting the application conditions, projects that have received professional venture capital investment of more than 2 million yuan can be directly shortlisted for the finals.
4. Priority support will be given to the enterprises founded by contestants who have made great contributions to paying taxes, promoting employment, etc., or have already invested in social capital.
5. In this competition, applicants are required to participate in the road show.

Contest Rewards
There will be 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 10 excellence prizes in the finals. Award-winning projects will receive honorary certificates and provide the following support:
(1) Venture capital support. For projects that have won the first, second and third prizes and registered and established companies in Zhenjiang High-tech Zone within one year, they will be given venture capital support in proportions of 30%, 30% and 40% in three years. Among them: the first prize supports 1 million yuan, the second prize supports 500,000 yuan, and the third prize supports 300,000 yuan. The supporting funds shall not be higher than the actual paid-in registered capital.
(2) Settlement support. For projects settled in Zhenjiang High-tech Zone, according to the project situation, free site support with a construction area of up to 200 square meters will be given for a maximum of 3 years in the form of "requisition first and return later". The excess part will be subsidized according to 50% of the annual rent market guide price of the same lot, and the cumulative amount will not exceed 60,000 yuan.
(3) Housing security support. Project leaders who have settled in Zhenjiang and work and live in Zhenjiang for more than half a year on average can be provided with a rent-free apartment for talents in the form of "requisition first and return later". The rent-free period does not exceed 3 years; A monthly subsidy of no more than 1,500 yuan per person will be given as a rental subsidy for up to 3 years; if the first house is purchased within the high-tech zone, a housing subsidy of no more than 10% of the purchase price and a maximum of 200,000 yuan can be given.
(4) Financial support. For qualified talents, it is recommended to apply for the support of financial products such as "Suke Loan", "High-tech Loan", "Talent Loan", and "Intellectual Property Pledge Loan".
(5) Project support. Priority is given to recommending the winning projects of the competition to apply for projects above the municipal level such as Zhenjiang's "Jinshan Talent" plan.
