Project call for announcement
After research, the 6th "Chuangying Taicang" Global Entrepreneurship Competition and Taicang Port Area Global Entrepreneurship Competition Shanghai City Competition (hereinafter referred to as the competition) will be held in December. Projects are welcome to register for the competition.

Location: Tongji University National Science and Technology Park Jiading Branch
(Tentative, if an epidemic occurs, it will be held online instead)
Participants
This year's competition is aimed at high-end equipment manufacturing, advanced transportation equipment, aerospace, biotechnology and medical equipment, digital economy, new materials and other fields, and solicits innovative projects in various fields.
At the same time, the following conditions should be met:
1. The participating talents (teams) should have a master's degree or above.
2. Enterprises that have not been registered in Taicang before the competition, have not yet applied for the talent plan in Jiangsu Province, and intend to settle in Taicang within one year after the competition at the latest.
3. The information of the participating projects must be true, valid and legal. The contestants have a good social reputation and no bad records. The projects comply with the current national laws and regulations and national industrial policies.
4. Participants must hold a green health code and have no travel history or residence history in high-risk areas within 7 days.
Activity process
The competition is divided into three stages: project collection, preliminary selection, and roadshow selection. The specific arrangements are as follows:
(1) Project collection
Domestic and overseas projects in various fields are welcome to apply for the competition. Participants fill in the "Contest Project Registration Form" and send it to [email protected] email together with the project roadshow PPT.
Deadline is November 30, 2022 (Wednesday) at 17:00 pm .
(2) Review and selection
The organizing committee of the event invites experts to make a preliminary evaluation from the aspects of technological innovation and market development prospects, and determine the list of entries.
(3) Roadshow Selection
The on-site roadshow defense is conducted in the form of a project roadshow. Adopt the mode of "roadshow + question and answer" to set up on-site (cross-border) roadshow and on-site questions from experts. Roadshows one by one, scoring one by one. First, second and third prizes and winning prizes will be selected for each competition. The total time of each project shall not exceed 18 minutes, and the applicant shall participate in principle.
(1) Project speech (8 minutes)
The participating representatives will introduce the relevant situation of the project in the form of project roadshow PPT.
(2) Questions from judges (8 minutes)
The judges will ask questions, and the participating representatives will answer on the spot.
(3) Review by judges (2 minutes)
The judges put forward their evaluation opinions in the evaluation form.
Award subsidy
The competition sets the first prize, second prize, third prize, and winning prize . For the winners:
(1) 1 first prize, reward 20,000 yuan/person (RMB, the same below); 2 second prizes, reward 10,000 yuan/person; 3 third prizes, reward 5,000 yuan/person; winning prize 4 people, reward 2000 yuan/person. The first prize project of the competition is directly shortlisted for the finals of the "Chuangying Taicang" Global Entrepreneurship Competition.
(2) Projects with the top three prizes in the special event, which meet the basic requirements for declaration at the same level in Taicang, and settle in Taicang within one year after the competition, can directly apply for on-site inspections. After passing the inspection, a project grant of no less than 500,000 yuan can be obtained (Taicang Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Leading Talent Cultivation Category). Among them, the first-prize project with an investment of more than 5 million yuan from the market-oriented fund can receive project funding of no less than 1 million yuan (Category C of Taicang Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Leading Talents). All projects can also obtain more project funding by applying for various talent plans at the same level and above in Taicang.
(3) After the defense of the city competition, a travel subsidy of 1,000 yuan/person will be given to the guests participating in the non-local projects (the cross-border roadshow is the defense subsidy) (During the repeated epidemic, in principle, foreign guests are not allowed to enter the competition, and each project will only be given 1 person).
(4) The award-winning projects will enjoy the one-stop service of registration and landing when they come to Taichang for development, and they will be given priority to settle in the science and technology innovation carrier of Taicang Port Area, and enjoy the preferential measures and services of the park. There are six guarantees for happy living for talents, and you can stay in the talent apartment for free.
In principle, the project settled in the competition must be the participating project
