The 2023 China·Huai'an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will adhere to the concept of "attracting talents, attracting intelligence, attracting investment, and building momentum through competitions" to achieve the goal of "accurate talent introduction and in-depth incubation". The competition set up three tracks: high-end talent elite competition (category A), innovation and entrepreneurship selection competition (category B), and technical challenge challenge (category C), taking into account all stages and aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship. The field of project collection focuses on seven advantageous industrial clusters of new energy equipment, new energy vehicles and parts, green food, new chemical materials, new fiber materials, PCB electronic components, biotechnology and new medicine, integrated circuits, The development of three leading industrial clusters of artificial intelligence and emerging digital industries.
Category A competitions focus on high-level talents outside the city (especially high-level overseas students). In principle, one core member with a Ph. The core members with a master's degree or above or a professional title of associate high school or above will lead the competition. The competition set up three city competitions in Xi'an, Shanghai and Shenzhen, focusing on collecting innovation and entrepreneurship projects in three key industries: green food, new generation information technology and new equipment manufacturing. Award-winning projects in category A competitions can receive a maximum bonus of 200,000 yuan, talent funds of 3 million yuan, rent-free venues of 1,000 square meters, industry funds of 100 million yuan, and exclusive support such as loan discounts and talent apartments.
The category B competition focuses on inclusive mass entrepreneurial teams and small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in Huai'an, and forms a joint competition system with the national and "Entrepreneurship Jiangsu" science and technology entrepreneurship competitions. Award-winning projects will receive all-round support such as incubation funds, rent-free venues, investment and financing, and talent programs.
The category C competition focuses on the technical problems of key industry backbone enterprises and key high-tech enterprises in the city, and is aimed at colleges and universities and innovation teams with strong industrial technology development capabilities to carry out "revealing the list and taking command" to jointly tackle key technologies and solve "stuck necks" problem. The winning project can receive a maximum of 500,000 yuan in financial support, and the excellent award team will be given a financial subsidy.
