1. The enterprise was established after December 16, 2020 (inclusive).
2. The high-level talent is the legal representative of the company or the largest shareholder or a shareholder accounting for 30% or more of the shares. If the company founded is not the same subject as the unit where the high-level talent works, there should be no equity relationship between the company and the unit.
