Project begining

1. Develop project goals

Starting from signing the contract and analyzing the needs of stakeholders, sort out the project goals (to comply with the SMART principle).

For large projects, a project charter is generally formulated.

Definition of project success: The project results meet the needs and requirements of the main project stakeholders (inside the company, Party A, etc.).

2. Analysis of project stakeholders

Stakeholders: Various people who are related to the project and have various influences on the project. For example, family members of core members, company leaders, suppliers, directors of Party A, staff members, bureau chiefs, etc.

Identify project stakeholders: Identify through checklists, and invite experts to assist in interviews and analysis.

3. Output: Project Product Specification, Project Scope Statement
