  Planning and management is how to define the scope of records, validation and control project scope and product range, and the creation of a range management plan. The main role is to provide guidance and direction on how to manage scope throughout the project. Develop and refine the project scope management plan begins with an analysis of the scope of the following information: The information in the project charter, project management plan approved sub-plans, historical information related to the cause of environmental factors and organizational process assets.

Input:

Project Charter 1: recording high-level project charter demand project purpose, project overview, assumptions, constraints, and the intention of the project implementation.

  Quality management plan: implementation of quality policy organization in the project, methods and standards can affect project management and product range of ways.

  Project Life Cycle: project life cycle defines a series of phases of the project from start to finish going through.

  Development approach: development methodology defines the way the project is the use of a waterfall, iterative type, adaptive, agile development methods or mixed type.

3 Enterprise Environmental Factors:

  Environmental factors can affect business scope management planning process include (but are not limited to): organizational culture, infrastructure, personnel management system, market conditions.

4 Organizational Process Assets:

  Standardized management processes can affect the range of organizational process assets, including (but not limited to): policies and procedures, historical information and lessons learned knowledge base.

  Range management plan is an integral part of the project management plan describing how to define, develop, monitor, control and confirm the project scope. Range management plan to make provision for the management process will be used for the following work:

  Develop project scope statement;

  WBS from the detailed description to create the project range;

  Determine how the approval and maintenance of the reference range;

  The formal acceptance of the completed project deliverables;

2 Requirements Management Plan:

  Describe how to analyze, document and project management and product requirements. The main contents of demand management plan include (but are not limited to):

  How to plan, track and report on various activities needs;

  Configuration management activities, for example, how to start to change, how to analyze its impact, how traceability, tracking and reporting, as well as change the approval authority;

  Demand prioritization process;

  Measurement Index and the reason for using these indicators;

  What needs to be included in the property reflects the structure track tracking matrix.
