Competition Policy

The funding standards are: 50,000 yuan for the top 400 projects, 80,000 yuan for the top 100 projects, 200,000 yuan for the third prize project, 300,000 yuan for the second prize project, 500,000 yuan for the first prize project, and 1 million yuan for the special prize project . The funding for municipal enterprises shall be borne by the city-level finance, and the funding for district and county (city) enterprises shall be borne by the municipal finance and 50% by the district and county (city) finance.
Participating projects registered in Hangzhou within one year after the competition and meet the funding conditions can apply for project free funding within two years after the competition.
