Step 7: You can remove unnecessary devices. The memory size depends on the size of the local memory. If it is 4G, 512MB is recommended. The number of processors depends on the computer configuration. Normally 1 core is enough.
linux installation
The first step is to introduce the ISO image file
After confirming the shutdown, return to the custom hardware interface and click Finish.
Then start the virtual machine, set Chinese, and click Continue
You need to confirm the installation location. Click to enter. There is a completion button in the upper left corner. Click to complete.
Linux network configuration : Mainly used to communicate with the host network. You can also set it in the system without setting it and wait for the installation to be completed (it is recommended to configure it in this step) to enter the system. Afterwards, configuration is no longer required.
Need to be configured with it turned on
Select IPV4 and change the mode to manual. Add the IP DNS server of the corresponding segment. You can directly use Baidu’s public DNS server.
Return to the settings page. Keep Ethernet turned on. Click Finish.
After completion, click Start Installation
Configure the administrator root password during the installation process
Wait for the installation to complete and restart
Local win+r cmd ping the virtual machine IP address to test and test the connection
