Step 18
You can select random vertices and make multiple individual vertex tearing groups like tear2 , tear3, etc.
Make several individual tear groups
Step 19
Click the Simulate button. The simulation starts and you can see the tearing simulation in the viewport.
Click the Simulate button
2. Tear the cloth with a sword
step 1
Creates a plane in a perspective viewport. Keep its length backseat and width backseat at 50 .
Create a plane
step 2
Create two cylinders on either side of the plane.

step 8
With the leftmost column of planar vertices selected, click the Create Group button. In the Create Group window, rename the group name to Left Group .
With the left group selected , click the "SIM Node " button and select the left cylinder. Therefore, the left set of vertices is connected to the left cylinder.
Simulation node
step 9
Select the rightmost column of plane vertices, and click the "Group" button. In the Create Group window, rename the group name to Right Group .
With the correct group selected , click the Sim Node button and select the correct cylinder. Therefore, the right set of vertices is connected to the right cylinder.

Step 10
The next task is to create the tear. Select the vertices or part of the cloth to tear.
Click Make Tears . In the In-Produce Group window, rename the group name to Tear .
