I regard it as necessary to take measures to stop this kind of behavior of jeopardizing our environment irresponsibly. First, we might organize a donation of bamboo baskets and give them to the shoppers to encourage them to give up using plastic bags. Second, we neeed more volunteers to promote the awareness of environment protection and possible damages plastic bags do to our environment. Third, I think, as mass media, your esteemed newspaper could pressurize the government to impose heavy tax on those factories who produce environment-unfriendly plastic bags.

范文：
The two pictures portray the different fates of the same flower under different circumastances. When the flower is sheltered from rain, it blooms. However, when the protection shield is removed, the flower withers exposed to the harsh weather. So it is not hard to get the information the pictures convery: a flower in the green house is vulnerable to rain and storm.
The same truth can apply to a child, who is often compared to a flower. Owing to the one-child policy, Chinese children enjoy too much attention from their overprotecting parents. As parents lavish love on the children and make detailed arrangements for their life, Chinese children lead a carefree life under the shelter of parents. After they leave home and face up to the true life, they feel overwhelmed with stress and setback resulting from the burden of work, competitions with peers, the pushing of the supervisors and so on. As a result, they feel depressed and incapable of pulling together for a normal life. It seems that parent’s overprotection does more harm to the children;s healthy development.
To conclude, it is advisable to give children some frustration education as early as possible. The children should be encouraged to handle their own afffairs independently and plan for their own life. Only in this way can we avoid the targedy of the flower in the green house.
