二、背景知识
1、 白面包与黑面包
贴心的小海蒂之所以答应跟随姨妈Deta去法兰克福，其中一个最主要的原因就是给grandomother带回更多的soft white roll（白面包），而不再只吃很难下咽的black bread（黑面包）。
白面包是由精白面粉制成的面包。精白面粉是小麦经过脱去麦麸和胚芽层制成的，用它做出来的面包口感非常柔软。黑面包则是全麦面包，它由裸麦或者全小麦制成，其颜色比白面包深，口感比较硬。
在过去，柔软的白面包只有富人能吃得起，而穷人则只能吃质感较硬的黑面包。对于grandmother一家来说，口感硬的black bread才是家中的日常主食，而white roll则是非常难得的奢侈食物了。
