1、PCL下载

Windows的PCL 1.6.0以后的新版本都不在官网上放出来了,转而是Github上

2、安装

选择 PCL-1.7.2-AllInOne-msvc2013-win64 进行安装(我的按默认路径)

3、修改环境变量Path

系统属性-》高级-》环境变量-》系统变量-》Path后添加下面路径,重启电脑
