Tails 3.16 release, distribution based on Debian Linux

Tails 3.16 released, Tails is based on the Debian Linux distribution, can help users use the Internet anonymously, can bypass almost any place on the review and any computer, unless explicitly requested otherwise, without leaving any traces.

Version 3.16 fixes a number of security vulnerabilities, change as follows:
