Robolinux 9.2 released, based on Debian GNU/Linux

Robolinux 9.2 has been released, which brings important bug fixes. Robolinux is a user-friendly and intuitive operating system based on the latest stable release of Debian GNU/Linux. One of the very interesting features of this project is the pre-configured VirtualBox virtual machine support kit to run Windows XP or Windows 7, allowing users to seamlessly install and run Windows operating systems in Robolinux.

In addition, the distro's desktop app has received a number of updates: "Robolinux has released the Cinnamon & MATE 3D 9.2 LTS 2021 release with a major focus on improving speed, security and stability. Both new Robolinux 9.2 releases have updates Linux kernel, runs faster, and fixes recent Spectre and Meltdown bugs on x86 and x64.

Users should be aware that as of January 1, 2018, free expert technical support is available on all Robolinux operating systems. It should also be noted that both Robolinux 9.2 releases offer optional UEFI support and have the latest VirtualBox 5.2.10, the latest Firefox 59.0.2, the latest Thunderbird 52.7.0, and quite a few very important upstream security and app updates".

More information is available in the project release announcement .
