Netrunner 19.08 version is called "Indigo", based on the recent release of the GNU Debian / Linux 10 "Buster" family of operating systems with KDE Plasma 5.14.5 desktop environment, and KDE Applications 18.08 and comes with KDE Frameworks 5.54 in open source Qt 5.11.3 built upon software suite.
