In Leangoo, tags are usually used to classify or prioritize tasks.
It is a bit cumbersome to set a tag every time a kanban is created. Now that the tag management function is online, you can set tags uniformly and import tags uniformly.
Label setting steps:
Step 1: Enter the enterprise, enter the left side of the enterprise - configuration - label management - set label group. Add the required tags.
Step 2: After setting up the tag group in the enterprise, enter the project and add a tag group for the project.
Click on the project name to enter the project details page - settings - project label group - add label
Step 3: After adding the tag group for the project, enter a certain kanban in the project and add tags to the kanban.
Note: The labels in the original kanban remain unchanged.
After adding a tag group to the board, you can directly drag the tag to the task card, or filter by tag. Is it more convenient?
