Leangoo agile management tool tag upgrade, enterprise-level tag group is online

In Leangoo agile tools , tags are usually used to classify tasks or prioritize tasks. This time we released the long-awaited "enterprise-level tag group" function, tags can be managed in a unified way~

Previously, Leangoo’s labeling function was limited to a single kanban. It was necessary to create a kanban to edit the label once. The labels of each kanban were independent of each other, which made it impossible to use unified and standardized labels in the enterprise and to add labels quickly.

Therefore, the enterprise-level tag management function is launched, which can set tags uniformly and import tags uniformly. And the function remains unchanged after the original "Kanban Label" is changed to "Custom Label Group".

Then let's take a look at how the "Enterprise Label Group" is set up and used~

Enterprise Tag Management

Step 1: Create an enterprise label group

To facilitate group management of enterprise-level tags, first create an enterprise-level tag group within the enterprise.

When creating a label group, you can specify the name and shape of the label group, etc.

Step 2: Import tag groups into the project

After the tag groups are created in the enterprise, the tag groups in the enterprise can be imported into the project to specify the tag groups available in the project.

Note: sub-projects cannot import tag groups, and use the tag group of the parent project by default

1. Free sorting of label groups in the project

Within a project, tab groups can be freely sorted as desired

Step 3: Import tag groups into Kanban

After the tag group is imported into the project, you can select the tag group from the project to import into the Kanban, so that the tags in the tag group can be used in the Kanban.

Enter the Kanban, select the "Menu" on the right side of the Kanban, select "Set Tag Group", and add the corresponding tag group.

1. Free sorting of label groups in the Kanban

In the Kanban board, you can freely sort the tag groups according to your needs

2. Add tags to cards

In the kanban, we can drag the tags in the tag group to the card by dragging and dropping. After the addition is successful, the style of the tag will appear on the card

3. Add/ remove card labels in the card popup

We can also add/remove the label of the card in the card popup

4. Add/remove card tags in batches

We can quickly add/remove labels to multiple cards at the same time through the "Batch Operation" function

5. Filter Kanban cards by tags

In the kanban board, you can filter cards by tags, so that you can quickly find marked cards.

Leangoo supports filtering through the combination of multiple tag groups. You can filter by members and tags together, or by multiple filtering methods such as content filtering.

Through the above steps, you can quickly use the enterprise label group.

Leangoo shared brain map tag management

1. Add a label group to the brain map in the project

After entering the mind map, click the "menu" - "set label group" on the right side of the mind map to select the corresponding label group and import it into the mind map, so as to use the enterprise label in the mind map.

2. Add/remove brain map node labels in batches

Click the batch operation button in the mind map to add/remove labels in the mind map to the selected nodes in the mind map in batches, so as to quickly add/remove labels on the specified nodes.

Item Tag Statistics

1. Statistics by label group

Statistics by label group, the usage of each label group on the card in the current project (cards without labels do not participate in statistics, and kanban custom label groups do not participate in statistics).

2. According to the label group label statistics

Statistics by tag, the usage of each tag in each tag group on the card in the current project (cards without tags do not participate in statistics, and kanban custom tag groups do not participate in statistics).
