Lemon BUG Management ( www.lemonpm.com ), an online BUG management tool developed by Luo Ling Technology (Beijing). This is an online BUG management system for small and medium IT companies or distributed teams. It fully considers the way software teams work, and the life cycle of bugs. Make it more reasonable to manage software projects or bugs in product development, so that the team can better improve the software.
two. Structure and composition

- Company: The Lemon BUG management system is organized by company. When registering, the company is registered as a unit. Each company has a unique company identification code.
- Administrator: Each company has one administrator, who cannot participate in any project in the company, but can view the basic situation of all projects in the company. Only the administrator can maintain company personnel (add, modify, delete, set as invalid), projects (add, modify, delete, set project team, project module, project BUG classification) and so on.
- Personnel: Including all employees within the company.
- Projects: All projects and products developed within the company.
- Project team members: The team members who make up the project, including roles as project manager, team leader, developers, and testers.
- Project Module: The module composition of a project or product. For example: database access module, user module, project module, address book module, etc.
- Project bug classification: The category to which the bug of the project or product belongs. For example: interface errors, user experience, configuration errors, etc.
- Project BUG: A bug in the project or product.
three. BUG life cycle

In Lemon BUG management, the life cycle of BUG is divided into the following steps:

1. Submit BUG: Anyone in the project team can submit a BUG, and can designate a solver when submitting a bug.
2. Designate a resolver: When a bug is submitted without a resolver, a resolver needs to be designated. Anyone on the project team can designate a resolver.
3. Solve the BUG: After the solver solves the BUG, the submission has been solved.
4. Confirm that the bug has been resolved: Generally speaking, whoever submits the bug will confirm it. But it is also possible to assign someone else to confirm. Make sure that the bug has been resolved, otherwise call back and re-solve it.
Four. Simple to use process

- Register company and administrator. First open the website: www.lemonpm.com, then click the register button to enter the registration page.
- To register a company, fill in the basic company information. The company identification code must be unique, and the company mailbox must also be unique and must exist. The company mailbox is used when retrieving the company identification code, administrator account, and resetting the password.
- After successful registration, use the administrator to log in to the system and create company personnel.
- After creating company personnel, start creating projects, and set project team members, project modules, and project BUG classification information.
- Inform other users of the company company identification code, user name, password to log in, and use the system for BUG management.
