第一次听说PMP应该是两年前，在上一家公司离职之前，有两个同事准备这个考试，当时因为离职换工作，没有仔细的了解，只是从偶尔的闲聊中听闻他们的讨论，似乎是“难”化了这个考试，让我觉得自己的经验是不足以考虑这个的。现在回想，当时如果早点接触，或许项目的进展、个人职业的发展，都会有不一样的契机。不过幸运的是，还好及时的学习了，还好努力的付出了，还好没有意外的通过了。趁着考试成绩的发布，我也来对这几个月的学习做个总结，算是这个项目的收尾吧。1. Regarding exam preparation time

Except for work reasons, I myself was quite lazy, so I basically put it on hold after signing up, only occasionally swiping videos in the middle, and the small program checked in every day to test the water. The time I actually prepared for the exam was mid-to-late October 20. At that time, the exam registration was completed and the fee was paid, and the exam time in December was officially determined (from December 26th to December 5th), preparation time The compression and the large exam fee (3900 yuan) made me instantly motivated. So I keep joking and telling my colleagues that money is my motivation. Although the overall time period has become shorter, I quickly adjusted my study plan in accordance with the study plan released by the head teacher. I focused on video learning on the subway when I was commuting. After get off work, I did not work overtime and would study in the company for an hour. The main thing is to take notes while watching the video. After going home at night, I guarantee about 2 hours of study, so although the overall preparation time is only 2 months, but using the time of working days and rest days, reasonable arrangements for study can still catch up . I, who have relatively poor self-control, also learned from the suggestions of my classmates in the group and uninstalled Weibo, NetEase music, and various video software, so that I had no way to kill time. During that time, I used Teacher Wang's video as cross talk/music, and I kept listening to it before running and going to bed. It is also a fulfilling happiness in retrospect.
2. Regarding the study of PMP,
everyone has chosen 51CTO. You must believe in the experience and methodology that this institution has summarized for so long. According to the teacher’s instructions, don’t worry about entering the sea of questions. First watch the video to establish a knowledge framework, and then go into details. Organize your own ideas, and finally practice and sprint the questions. According to the focus and learning cycle of each stage, the head teacher will release the learning plan in the group, and everyone will implement the plan according to the plan, and use this plan to urge yourself to complete the task. There will be no problems with the exam.
In addition to the focus of the exam, I also want to talk about the knowledge of PMP itself. I personally think that my biggest gain in this process is my understanding of project management. This project management includes not only the project I am currently responsible for, but also Including the methods and cognition that I have always dealt with at work. Therefore, I will feel it at the beginning. I should get in touch and learn early. Passing the exam is very important. This is an authoritative and fair result certification, but the process of learning and progress is also very important. Experience and feel the joy of learning and the joy of self-improvement.
3. Regarding the
sprint stage before the exam, if you have a tight time, you don't need to spend too much time doing the questions. It is more important to review the wrong questions than to do the questions. Many of our classmates are, and it may only take more than 2 hours to do a set of questions, but it takes more than 6 hours to replay a set of questions. When reviewing, not only should you review the right and wrong questions, but also check the corresponding test sites to consolidate the correct questions. Because the December exam time is advanced, the reading of the official textbooks that I plan to read has been put on hold, but it is basically the review In the process, each test site flipped through the book and completed a skimming. Regarding the preparations for the exam, please follow the advice given by the class teacher, and don't be too anxious and anxious. The guidelines given by the agency are still very detailed.
Regarding the day of the exam, moderate tension can help you maintain a better state, be calm and don't be anxious. In the course of the exam, I actually encountered several mock exams of the original or similar questions, but I have forgotten the answers. At this time, I warned myself to be calm and calm, analyze the question and consider it first. Do it this time, don't be careless just because you have done it, and don't be nervous because you missed it. It's best to be normal.
Regarding the smearing card, because the entire exam time is relatively long and I don’t want to concentrate too much, so I adjusted the smearing card according to my actual situation: 100-50-25-15-10, the more tired the later, so I took advantage of it I took a break and adjusted the time of applying the card, and I checked it last time. The time was basically just right.
