PMP Exam Preparation Summary

Although I have not engaged in project management positions, I still use the knowledge in my work, which is of great benefit to our life and work. When you learn the thinking of PMP , the way of thinking will be more rational and logical, and overall it is very worthwhile. After introducing myself, let’s talk about our learning institution.
In our 51CTO Academy, which is very favorable, considerate, and timely in follow-up, I met Mr. Wang An, an expert on "Duanzishou" textual research, and it was really great. Many image metaphors are very beneficial to our better understanding in learning PMP , such as Mr. Wang's building a wall, Mr. Wang's swing, etc. In many cases, self-study is far inferior to the guidance of famous teachers. It is that point that makes you realize the problem that has been troubled for a long time. There is not much to say about the introduction. During the test preparation period, the test friends will slowly contact and understand slowly. Follow me to see my personal test preparation experience.

This is also quite unexpected, with a 5A score. The original expectation was to pass the exam steadily, but I did not expect such a result. It seems that I was recognized by PMI during the preparation for the exam, which is very gratifying. So how exactly did I do it? Follow in my footsteps.
1. The first step must be to understand from our textbooks. " PMBOK " is our essence, and it is very necessary to read and read it repeatedly. Each time it will have a different feeling, which is why it is respected as the "Bible". And how do I do it, use mind mapping tools to sort out the knowledge structure. I didn’t understand it at the beginning, so I sorted it out according to the framework, looked at the catalogue more, and thought about why the catalogue was written and sorted in this way. As you get deeper into PMBOK , you'll understand more and more why.
2. The arrangement of courseware and study stage of Mr. Wang An in our college can be said to be very reasonable. Following this rhythm, each stage is carried out on time, quality and quantity. It can be said that it is a matter of course through PMP . So here I want to talk about the importance of courseware. The video courseware can be said to be full of pictures and texts and Mr. Wang An's magnetic voice to guide you to understand and understand the world of PMBOK . It covers almost 90% of the knowledge points, comprehensive without losing depth, and I am also a mind map combined with the courseware. Continue to read the book thick, to understand every point. After reading the courseware of each chapter, if you are sure that you have studied it seriously, you can then do the questions to see if you have really learned it. If you don't understand, you must go to the book to find the test site, and understand how to test and how to answer. 3. When you read the book three or five times, watch the courseware video three or five times, and complete the questions in each chapter. You can do this now. If you haven't completed the above, don't continue, and repeat the reading comprehension of the book and courseware. So what exactly should we do? Then I want to talk about a very important test method for our PMP exam: scenario questions. As the name implies, it is how to do and choose the most appropriate answer in a certain situation, according to the ideological guidance of PMBOK . This requires the depth of understanding of the PMBOK idea in the first two steps to do the simulation questions. From a large number of questions, we constantly test and confirm the correctness of our understanding of PMBOK . Where there are ambiguities in these questions, you must go to the book to find the test site, communicate with your classmates to analyze, and ask your teacher for guidance. Here, you can add Dr. Wang's bibliography, analysis and vocabulary analysis to deepen the understanding of PMBOK and truly understand the content of the expression. Dialectical doubts from the perspective of differentiation and analysis are the so-called indiscernible. Strengthen the interaction and communication with the students and teachers, and effectively understand the ideas. Make judgments based on knowledge points in the situation.
4. If you have done the first three steps steadily, it can be said that you will get the PMP certificate very steadily. In order to strengthen the test, there will also be some summary and technical content. After all, we are a proper exam-oriented education in China, and the exam is a test for us from childhood to adulthood. I won't say more here, go find the teacher when the time comes. The premise must be to complete the first three steps!
Fifth, then the last is to take the test. How to go on this road, how to go, where to go at what time, you can arrange it properly for you according to our PMBOK thinking. Think of your exam as a project, come to project management.
