Summary and experience of PMP exam preparation for a limited time

     各位同学大家好，我是2018年3月份参加PMP考试的学员，我叫李国。
     首先很高兴通过这次PMP的考试，虽然成绩不是特别好，不过也把自身的学习
     情况和方案做个汇总总结，希望给其他同学有个借鉴参考作用。

Summary of grades

     个人目前在一家创业，目前还处于996工作模式，因此抽出来学习的时间比较少，不过在有限时间内也通过了这次考试，因此结合学习的过程，也把如何在有限时间内能更好的掌握学习点，做下汇总，分享给大家。

    成绩比较一般，1个A，3个T，还一个就不说了，这边更多的分享如何更有效的学习和汇总

Personal experience and work related summary

 PMP和个人工作还是有一些交集，之前主要负责售前，售后等相关工作，但一直没有比较系统的梳理，后面不经意间接触了PMP以及软考等相关知识，发现在PMP里面有很多经验和总结对现实工作中的问题有很大的知道作用和建议。
因此就抱着尝试的态度去了解了看看，因此慢慢的进入到之前王老师提到的`以考促学，以学促用`,虽然现在通过了学习，但很多东西目前还只是在皮毛，需要持续的把他给用起来，这个才是最终的目标，而不是单纯的一个证书。

• 1. First, listen to the teacher's courseware
     • A lot of theoretical knowledge is particularly difficult to remember, but in the process of lecturing, the teacher will combine many examples in life, so that everyone can better understand PMP, such as PV, AC, EV, etc. Sometimes many concepts are easy to confuse, combined with examples and may allow everyone to learn and understand better
• 2. The mind map of the learning points summarized by other students in the group, each chapter is revisited, and the knowledge points are better refined
• 3. Gather the knowledge points summarized by the teacher, as well as key points such as ITIO, print it out, and read it 2-3 times. . Then the exam is approaching.

• 4. However, in this process, I have to do every mock test, because sometimes I don't do it, and I don't understand the purpose of the test and the knowledge point at all. (I was particularly impressed by the first mock test. After that, after a month, I continued to do the simulation one, and the score was still similar to the first test, about 60%, because many did not understand), but after analyzing it many times, I slowly found some feelings.

• Secondly, limited by personal time and managerial issues, I also bought general paper textbooks, but I almost never turned them over--failure

In view of some of the above personal learning situations, PMP needs to be understood more by everyone, and it is limited to simply brush the questions and memorize the answers.

Finally, through this PMP study, what I feel most is that we need to continue to learn, and then the purpose and end of this learning is not a certificate, but continuous learning.
