ROS catkin_make error Could not find a package configuration file provided by "actionlib_msgs"

在使用ROS catkin_make编译的时候，出现类似如下错误

CMake Error at /opt/ros/kinetic/share/catkin/cmake/catkinConfig.cmake:83 (find_package):
  Could not find a package configuration file provided by "actionlib_msgs"
  with any of the following names:

一般原因都是没有安装相关的ros包，安装对应的包即可：

sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-xxxx
