简单三子棋的实现

总体思路:借助二维数组模拟棋盘,首先创建一个棋盘,然后对棋盘进行初始化,初始化内容为空格。然后玩家进行下棋的操作,随后判断一次输赢,然后电脑进行下棋操作,随后判断输赢。
