Fedora 32 Beta release, the official version will be launched in late April

Fedora 32 Beta is now available, Highlights of the release reads as follows:

Fedora workstation

New in Fedora 32 Workstation Beta is enabled by default EarlyOOM. EarlyOOM allows the user to quickly restore low memory situations by using a large number of switching and regain control of the system.

EarlyOOM is a user-space daemon, used to check the amount of memory and switching frequency, in order to trigger the Linux memory than the lack of killer (oom-killer) faster memory before being subjected to too much pressure (leading to respond to problems encountered Linux Desktop).

Fedora 32 Workstation Beta default fs.trim timer is also enabled, thereby improving the performance of a solid state drive and a loss of balance.

Fedora 32 Workstation Beta includes the latest version of the GNOME desktop environment GNOME 3.36. GNOME 3.36 points about a complete list, see the release notes .

Other updates

Fedora 32 Beta large number of software packages have been updated, such as GCC 10 compiler, Glibc 2.31, DNF, LLVM 10 , Ruby, Python and Perl. For a complete list, see the Wiki Fedora "Change the SET" .

If all goes according to schedule, April 21 will be released Fedora 32 official version.
