The BSV Blockchain Association has launched a brand new smart contract translator. This tool allows developers to easily translate code from Ethereum’s Solidity language into BSV’s sCrypt language. The BSV blockchain is more scalable and has extremely low transaction fees.

At last week's BSV Global Blockchain Conference in Dubai, a smart contract translator was unveiled to the enterprise blockchain industry, a tool capable of porting or converting code from the popular Ethereum Solidity language to Bitcoin script.

sCrypt is a JavaScript-like high-level language used by many smart contract developers on BSV because it compiles directly to low-level Bitcoin script. This tool enables Ethereum (ETH) developers to program on BSV without having to learn another language. The transpiler also makes it very easy for them to port their existing smart contract code written in Solidity to BSV, they only need one tool to do most of the heavy lifting, click here to learn how .

Patrick Prinz, Managing Director of the BSV Blockchain Association, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for developers and programmers to migrate code from high-fee Ethereum networks to scalable low-fee rate on the BSV network. In the process of learning, developers will gain top-notch knowledge about the workflow of using Bitcoin Script."

Patrick also said: "This tool does most of the bitcoin script conversions very well, however, sometimes it requires some manual work by the developer. These discrepancies are not caused by the transpiler, more because of the ETH and BSV are two different types of blockchain architectures."
If ETH developers want to explore and learn to write smart contracts using Bitcoin script on BSV, then this development tool is a perfect springboard for a large number of It will play a key role for developers starting their programming career on Solidity. However, if developers are looking for a "black box solution", they may be disappointed.

Unlike ordinary translators, this tool does not convert all programs automatically. But it does help experienced programmers start thinking "the BSV way".

At present, more than 400 projects around the world have been built on the BSV blockchain. With the rock-solid protocol and ultra-high network performance, the BSV ecosystem is developing rapidly, and we look forward to more unprecedented commercial applications in the future.
