Qt 5.14 Beta 2 release, a small version of the update

Qt 5.14 Beta 2 release, this version of the main contents are:

• Introduction to graphics API independent view renderer, including support for Vulkan
• Better handling HiDPI
• Qt Multimedia now supports GStreer OpenGL
• Improved Qt 3D thread
• The new Qt Quick Timeline 

After Qt 5.14, QT 5.15 update is expected to be carried out in the spring, but it may just be a relatively minor update, focusing on bug fixes and changes Qt6, if nothing unexpected, QT 6.0 will be unveiled by the end of 2020.
