Ubuntu 19.10 Beta release, the official version is scheduled for October

Canonical has released Ubuntu19.10 desktop, server and cloud product beta, code-named "EoanErmine", the beta includes not only the main Ubuntu desktop, server and cloud mirror products, also including Kubuntu, Lubuntu, Ubuntu Budgie, UbuntuKylin, mirror Ubuntu Mate, Ubuntu Studio and Xubuntu and other products.

Ubuntu 19.10 Beta is now available for download, while the official version will be released October 17, 19.10 Beta is mainly used for more extensive testing. It reads as follows:

  • Based on  Linux 5.3  Kernel
  • The new theme  Yaru GTK  and new wallpaper
  • GNOME 3.34
  • Ubuntu19.10 faster than the previous version of the boot
  • On Intel hardware, it provides a "flicker-free boot" experience
  • For gamers will be able to install NVIDIA drivers on Ubuntu 19.10 directly from the installer
