The previous steps in the installation are the same. Here we will talk about it in a unified way. First, we need to prepare the things needed for installation:
1. VMware virtual machine (here we still use VMware Workstation Pro 17.0 optimized configuration version)
2. The ISO image installation package of macOS (here we use the macOS_Sonoma_14_Beta3_23A5286g_For_Shilin.Studio.iso file, which is purely bootable and can be installed on a virtual machine)

Unified installation steps:
1. Open the installed VMware software and create a new system.
2. Select the location of the "macOS_Sonoma_14_Beta3_23A5286g_For_Shilin.Studio.iso" image package.
3. If you choose the Apple system and version, here we choose "macOS 14".
4. The name and location of the virtual machine can be filled in according to the actual situation. It should be noted that the location space of the system must be at least greater than 30G, the bigger the better. (It will continue to expand when used later)
5. The default disk space is enough, and it can also be customized, but in principle, the bigger the better.
6. For the detailed hardware configuration, you can modify it here, or modify it later, such as memory, CPU and other parameters.
The parameters of memory and CPU can be modified according to the actual situation of your physical machine. In theory, about half of them can be used. You can also configure them by default. It should be noted that more CPU and memory are not necessarily better.
7. After configuration, click Finish.
8. Next, click "Start this virtual machine", and the edit virtual machine settings below can be customized and modified.

9. Select the installation language, here we choose "Simplified Chinese".
10. Select "Disk Utility" and format the disk first.
Check our virtual disk. Usually the top one.
Once selected, erasing means formatting.
The formatted disk name can be customized, not required.
Formatting is complete.
Close the window and execute the installer.
11. Click "Install macOS Sonoma beta" to start the installation.
12. Click Continue.
Agree to the terms and continue.
13. Select the disk and continue.

14. After restarting, enter the configuration settings of the macOS system. The first is the choice of language.
15. The input method can be defaulted here, and continue.
16. For auxiliary functions, select "Later" and do not need to set it.
