The most "Buddhist" Linux distribution - Bodhi Linux 7.0 released

Bodhi Linux ("Bodhi Linux") is an Ubuntu-based desktop Linux distribution featuring the elegant and lightweight Enlightenment window manager. The project integrates and pre-configures the latest Enlightenment directly from Enlightenment's software development repository, offering modular features, a high degree of customizability, and a choice of themes.

The default Bodhi system is very small, the only pre-installed programs are Midori, Terminology, EFM (Enlightenment File Manager), ePhoto and ePad, and more software can be installed through a web-based software called Bodhi Software Center Tool acquisition.

The release announcement for Bodhi Linux 7.0 reads that this is an important milestone release. It is built on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and uses the Enlightenment-based desktop environment and Moksha window manager by default.

Bodhi Linux 7.0 also adds a new "s76" version - this version uses a newer kernel (ie Linux 6.4), packaged by System76 for users who need more performance.
