 The whole book "Everyone is a Product Manager" has a total of six chapters. Refer to my previous "Everyone is a Product Manager" reading notes part1, 2, and 3 to see the mind map of the entire six chapters. The content is as follows:

  1. Chapter 1 Getting Started: What is a Product Manager?
  2. Chapter 2 Requirements: Processes such as requirements collection, screening, analysis, and management;
  3. Chapter 3 Project: From product to project, project initiation, demand development, project cycle, three abilities that product managers need to master, and some project cases of the author.
  4. Chapter 4 Team: product team, design team and other relevant personnel.
  5. Chapter 5 Strategy
  6. The sixth chapter is the basic literacy of product managers.

 The reading notes sharing of "Everyone is a Product Manager" is finished. I hope you can give more opinions, communicate more, and make progress together.
