5A passed the PMP exam sharing

After more than three months of PMP preparation experience, I have the following PMP preparation experience and experience to share with you, and I hope you can criticize and correct me.

1. PMP preview before class to improve the efficiency of listening to the class; review after class to fully grasp the knowledge points

Try to read the book more than once before each PMP training class to understand the content of the course, strengthen the familiarity with the knowledge points in the textbook, and improve the efficiency of listening to the class. If you have not previewed in advance, after the training class, you must combine the teacher's recording and PMBOK to learn the content of the class again, strengthen the knowledge points in the class, and consolidate the quality of the class.

2. Systematic study of the PMP knowledge point structure, proficiently mastering the content of the test points

Before a PMP exam, memorize 42 process groups proficiently, understand the input, output and tools of each process group as much as possible, and read PMBOK and strong books at least once.

3. Pay attention to each PMP mock exam, check for omissions, and refine the main points of knowledge

Every time the PMP mock exam is to test the learning achievement, learn to control the answering time and feel the atmosphere of the exam through the mock exam. The summary after the mock test is the most important thing, I think it is the secret of my success and high score!

4. Intensive reading of textbooks, combined with review of PMP test sites, to avoid repetitive errors

During the period from the first model to the formal exam, read the PMBOK at least once, and the calculation questions can be read through the combination of classroom explanations and strong books. Here is an intensive reading technique. I don’t have too much patience to turn over each page and read it. So I use the model test questions to map the test points in the questions to the PMBOK to find the source, and put others in the vicinity of this test point. Read the content that is not tested again, consolidate the knowledge of the test sites, and avoid the same type of test questions from making mistakes again.

5. Review the key points and thoroughly understand the knowledge points before the PMP exam

Share the review skills, put the most energy on the 3 mock exams and sprint questions, return to the method of intensive reading in PMBOK through the exam questions, master the knowledge points, 3 mock exams and sprint questions can cover 95% of the actual exam. The content of the above test sites. Please remember to master the knowledge points, not memorize the exam questions! Memorizing the exam questions by rote will not help you choose accurate answers in the exam. It will only bring you the result of tangled options.

6. Actively participate in PMP group activities and help each other to improve together

Group activities are the best way to improve performance together. No matter whether you are the group leader or not, please join the group activities with questions. If possible, the group can organize some summary meetings on calculation problems, documents or tools. In the group discussion, you must actively speak and participate in the discussion, and then you can check the omissions and digest the knowledge.

7. Fully prepare to deal with the PMP exam with a calm mind

Check the questions carefully. In the PMP exam, there may be language traps such as "The following is not", "A few consecutive points are out of control". Don't lose your score because of your sloppyness. When PMP is doing the questions, try to figure out the intention of the person who asked the question, and know what the PMP test site he wants to test is. If you can see what his PMP test site is, then it is logical that you choose the right answer.
