Pitney Bowes appoints Ana Maria Chadwick as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Senior financial and operations leaders from GE Capital bring more than 20 years of experience to the company

Stamford, Connecticut--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI), a global technology company dedicated to providing business solutions in the fields of e-commerce, transportation, mailing and financial services, announced today that Ana Maria Chadwick has been appointed He is the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective January 29, 2021.

Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Ms. Chadwick worked at GE Capital and held various executive positions. Her responsibilities include operations and finance, and she has extensive experience in transformation and financial services. Ms. Chadwick's most recent position was President and CEO of GE Capital's Global Legacy Asset Solutions business. Ms. Chadwick will report to Pitney Bowes President and CEO Marc Lautenbach and will be responsible for the company's financial operations. Joseph Catapano, who previously served as the company's interim chief financial officer, will return to his original role as chief accounting officer.
