- Lineage Logistics ("Lineage" or the "Company"), a leading global temperature-controlled industrial real estate investment trust (REIT) and logistics solutions provider, today announced that Rob Crisci will be the Company's new Chief Financial Officer. Crisci will bring more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in the industrial and technology sectors and will report directly to Lineage's president and CEO, Greg Lehmkuhl.
Prior to joining Lineage, Crisci was with Roper Technologies (NYSE: ROP). The company is a constituent of the S&P 500 and Fortune 500 indices and operates 27 separate businesses across multiple end markets. Crisci most recently served as the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, where he oversaw the multibillion-dollar business' global financial operations and played an integral role in its transition from a cyclical industrial to a software-based business. The company has a central role in helping the company expand its recurring revenue and operating profit and ensure organic growth. A seasoned M&A specialist, Crisci successfully deployed over $20 billion in capital and led several of Roper's key acquisitions, helping the company transform its portfolio. Prior to becoming CFO, he spent four years as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, where he solidified the firm's relationships with banks, institutional investors, regulatory advisors and other key financial stakeholders. During Crisci's tenure, Roper's market cap grew from $12 billion to more than $45 billion.
Prior to joining Roper, Crisci worked in investment banking at VRA Partners and Morgan Keegan, as well as a buy-side advisor for Devon Value Advisers and a capital markets advisor for Deloitte & Touche.
Crisci led a team that received Institutional Investor magazine's All-American Executive Team award in the multi-industry CFO category in 2019 in recognition of his experience leading proactive teams and long-term financial excellence.
