Our neighbour, Captain Charles Alison, will sail from Portsmouth tomorrow.

3.1.1 形式
形式 1: (什么主语都能接)
will + do
am/is/are going to do
形式2 ： shall + do （只能接在第一人称后面，I/We）
3.1.2 用法
用法：(现在的)将来。
I will study abroad. 我将出国学习
I am going to study abroad. 我将出国学习
I shall study abroad. 我将出国学习
He will be a teacher. 他将成为一名老师
He is going to be a teachr. 他将成为一名老师

Will 提前

1） 一般将来时，表示将来可能发生的事。但是不一定会发生。
2） be going to 强调事先有打算和计划好的计划。（比如计划出国，有先兆的下雨） 。
will do 临时决定，计划。
