第十九天开闭操作 提取水平、垂直线

开闭操作都是基于先腐蚀再膨胀进行运算的, kernel = cv.getStructuringElement(cv.MORPH_ELLIPSE, (**, **)) 腐蚀时候将x轴设为1个像素点,即去掉水平方向的线。竖直方向同理.  总结开操作可以删除小的干扰块
闭操作是先膨胀再腐蚀,参见下图,黑色小于白色区域的都会被取消
