ros 安装工具包

1.ubuntu16.04  

sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-jsk-recognition

根据不同ubuntu系统安装不同的ros版本，相应的命令换成该版本。

ubuntu18.04有的包定位不到，可以自行下载包并编译。
