给定一个二维矩阵 M M M,返回一个新矩阵 A A A,使得 A [ i ] [ j ] A[i][j] A[i][j] M [ i ] [ j ] M[i][j] M[i][j] 8 8 8个邻居及其自己的平均值(向下取整)。如果不足 8 8 8个邻居,有多少个算多少个。
