LeetCode#661 Image Smoother

1、很明显,对于内层需要上下左右八个方向的计算,边界则随位置而定。这里为求简便,就直接每个元素把八个方向来一遍。
2、这里使用vector

            return vector<vector<int>>();

        int n = M[0].size();
        vector<vector<int>> Result(m, vector<int>(n));
