vue-cli脚本架安装出错处理
前提
npm 6.14.6
node v12.18.3
出错过程
使用npm install -g @vue/cli下载

解决方法
把node.js安装目录下的package-lock.json文件删掉，我有2个分别为
E:\nodejs\node_modules\npm\docs\package-lock.json和E:\nodejs\node_modules\npm\node_modules\npm-normalize-package-bin\package-lock.json
