  2. 中断服务函数在同目录下的stm32f10x_it.h
  3. 计算时间是多少ms用下面的公式,
    例如50ms=((499+0)*(7199+1))/72
TimeOut = ((Prescaler + 1) * (Period + 1) ) / TimeClockFren;
