报错：tensorflow.python.eager.core._FallbackException

1.问题：同时使用 tf.compat.v1.disable_eager_execution() 和 TensorBoard 的时候，TensorBoard会报错：
  tensorflow.python.eager.core._FallbackException: This function does not handle the case of the path where all inputs are not already EagerTensors.
2.解决：不使用 tf.compat.v1.disable_eager_execution() 就可以了，TensorBoard 那就也可以正常使用了。
