Synthetic lubricants are far superior to mineral lubricants in all performances, providing more reliable lubrication for equipment working under harsh working conditions.
At present, synthetic lubricants have been widely used in aviation, automobiles, machinery and other fields. The current overall lubricant market demand growth has tended to slow down, but synthetic lubricants have advantages in quality stability, service life, fuel consumption, environmental protection and equipment maintenance, so their market share is still increasing year by year, and there is still room for development. is expanding.
Common synthetic lubricants mainly include polyolefins, synthetic esters, polyethers and alkylated aromatics. At present, there are two main types of polyolefin synthetic lubricants: polyalpha-olefin synthetic lubricants (PAO) and polyethylene synthetic lubricants.
Among global synthetic lubricants, the top three in market demand are: poly alpha olefin (PAO) accounting for 42% to 50%, polyester oil accounting for 28% to 32%, and polyether oil (PAG) accounting for 12%. % ~ 13%, PAO has the largest growth rate among synthetic oils.
